I am Nazly Frías, the Founder of Leadership Impact, a boutique leadership advisory practice that supports purpose-driven leaders and leadership teams navigating complexity, change, and the human dynamics of leadership.

With more than 15 years of experience in leadership and advisory roles, I have partnered with senior leaders and teams across the globe—supporting them through moments of transition, team misalignment, and strategic redefinition, as well as through the steady, often quieter work of staying aligned, reflective, and intentional in how they lead.

I bring a blend of strategic insight and human depth to this work, shaped by roles such as founding Colombia’s first public innovation team and leading the People & Culture strategy at a global impact consulting firm.
